In keeping with my "going to shows that I have never been too before" theme, here is number 2 for this year. I have seen this show advertises the last few years, but have never gone.

It's about an hour and 20 minute drive for me, but that's okay too. Started out by meeting a couple of good friends at Huddle House for breakfast and then rolled out and headed north to Almond, AR.

The two guys that are responsible for this show are the Sparks Brothers (Dloyd and Richard). Got to meet both of them and they are great guys and what they are doing with this event is awesome. It's pretty much a free event that they put on to give back to our hobby and they just enjoy putting on the show. I don't know if I have ever seen a car show host walk around and talk to all the people as much as these two guys.

In talking to them, it just keeps growing. This year there are over 80 cars on the property that they host the show on. On top of that, I bet there were at least 20 swap meet vendors. I didn't get an actual count.

This is one little show that I will definitely be going back to in the future. If you have never been, put this one on your list. Oh, and they are also planning another event in the fall and I will be sure to post that flyer when I see it.

Thanks to the Sparks brothers for putting this on, I had a great time visiting with them and enjoyed the show.

Here is a little video of the pictures I took today and if you go over to my FB page (StillKruzn Arkansas), there is a bonus video of the actual road trip.
