We’re here to help you promote your car show or event and make sure people can find it, plan for it, and show up in style. Whether you already have a flyer or need help creating one, we've got you covered.

How to Send Us Your Flyer

There are two easy ways to send us your official event flyer:

  1. Via Facebook Messenger – Send it to the StillKruzn Arkansas Facebook Page
  2. By Email – Send it to stillkruzn.arkansas@icloud.com

Once we receive your flyer, we’ll save it to our server and upload it to our Events page, where events are listed by month and date, making it simple for visitors to browse what’s coming up each weekend.

We also share flyers on our Facebook page the Monday before your event. That same week, your event may be included in our end-of-week reminders—and if we’re planning to attend, it may even get spotlighted.

Note: We only post events that have an official flyer. No flyer, no listing.

What to Include on Your Flyer

Want your flyer to get attention and be easy to read? Here’s what needs to be on it — and clearly visible:

  • Event Name
  • Location – Include a full address that works with GPS
  • Date & Time – Don’t forget registration start/end times and when awards will be given out
  • Contact Info – This is huge. We get asked for info constantly, but if it’s not on the flyer, we don’t have it either
  • Website or QR Code – If you have a site or online registration, include it. A QR code makes it even easier

One of the biggest complaints we hear: “I couldn’t find the time or location on the flyer.” Don’t make people guess — make it easy to read at a glance.
